His Excellency Eng. Abdullatif Al-Sheikh, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the leader of our development march, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince, for their support to municipal sector in the Kingdom, being the basic axis of development and partner in municipal services advancement.
The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs also thanked all employees of the Ministry, municipalities and sub-municipalities for their efforts to make citizens happy, and to spread joy during Eid holidays, through activities that have been hold in regions and cities of the Kingdom during Eid Al Fitr holiday.
During the ceremony, the Minister praised the efforts of field service personnel through maintenance, operation and field supervision of public health, hygiene, gardens, e-services, reports, emergency and the other municipal sector fields, which directly affect the citizen and resident.
His Excellency stressed that our wise leadership is keen to serve citizens and residents, and provide them with decent means of living, noting that municipal services are one of the most important services that the State - God willing – is keen to provide to population and all beneficiaries in high quality levels. The minister urged all workers in municipal sector to do more effort to upgrade, develop and improve the services of municipal sector, and to review feedback and to fix deficiencies on an ongoing basis, for the welfare of the citizen.
