The completion of this project comes as effect to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, of studying the implementation of administrative centers projects, to standardize spatial scale for all service providers in 1419 when he was governor of Riyadh Region.
The goal of "Riyadh Municipality" through this direction is to promote tendencies of urban management towards decentralization in services provision to the residents of the capital, which contributes to the coordination between the various participating authorities in development , in addition to ease of coordination between the agencies concerned to security and emergency aspects, and bringing services closer to the population, and reducing the density of reviewers on the central departments. The coordinating administrative centers will contribute to the ease of the population to know relevant bodies in the geographical and administrative borders, and to facilitate the demographic and socio-economic survey work, and conducting planning studies.
The administrative center is located on the eastern ring road, on an area of 120,000 square meters, where it has taken into account in the design and implementation of this center to provide the requirements of special needs and safety and security requirements for the reviewers.
