"Snap and Send" Service

Riyadh Municipality provides the “Snap & Send” service as an interactive feature available through the “MY City” app. The service enables residents and visitors to easily and quickly report municipal violations, environmental issues, and urban problems across the city. The service also allows users to automatically identify the geographic location of the issue based on their current location, or manually select the location using an interactive map. Users can then attach a photo of the issue and submit the report directly to Riyadh Municipality.

The service aims to enhance community engagement and improve quality of life by empowering individuals to report violations, issues, or observations that require the Municipality’s attention and intervention, such as:

• Municipal violations (e.g., random obstructions, non-compliance with regulations).

• Environmental issues (e.g., waste accumulation, water leakage).

• Infrastructure concerns (e.g., road potholes, malfunctioning streetlights).

How to Use the Service

1. Take a photo of the violation or issue using a mobile phone.

2. Automatically identify the issue location using geolocation, or manually select it using the interactive map.

3. Submit the report via the "مدينتي MY City " app by the Riyadh Municipality.

4. Track the report through the "مدينتي MY City " app.
