This service aims to enhance community engagement and improve the quality of life by allowing individuals to report any violations or observations that require municipal intervention, such as:

• Municipal violations (e.g., random obstructions, non-compliance with regulations).

• Environmental issues (e.g., waste accumulation, water leakage).

• Infrastructure concerns (e.g., road potholes, malfunctioning streetlights).

How to Use the Service

1. Take a photo of the violation or issue using a mobile phone.

2. Submit the report via the "مدينتي MY City " app by the Riyadh Municipality.

3. Track the report through the "مدينتي MY City " app.
