Riyadh Region Municipality has won the Excellence Award for Future Resilience in Facilities and Asset Management, one of the specialized awards under the branches of the Arab Award for Asset, Facilities, and Maintenance Management, granted by the Arab Council for Asset, Facilities, and Maintenance Management. The award was presented during the 23rd International Conference on Asset, Facilities, and Maintenance Management held in Riyadh.

This recognition reflects the Municipality’s efforts to develop flexible operational models capable of adapting to future changes, by enhancing institutional performance efficiency, strengthening integration between planning, operation, and maintenance, and adopting modern solutions that support asset sustainability and improve their operational life cycle. These efforts contribute to optimal resource utilization and raise reliability and efficiency levels in facilities management.

The award focuses on honoring entities that successfully adopt international best practices in asset and facilities management, develop flexible operating frameworks that support digital transformation, and employ modern technologies in planning, monitoring, and analysis. It also promotes knowledge and expertise exchange among Arab entities and fosters a culture of excellence and innovation in this vital sector, in line with the rapid transformations in institutional work environments.
