2. The engineering office approves the contract and submits a building permit request, selecting the land via the base map in the Riyadh Municipality, entering property/survey data, building components, setbacks, uploading attachments, agreeing to terms, and issuing a service fee invoice.
3. The beneficiary pays the fees.
4. The engineering office issues the building permit immediately.
5. The license file is emailed, and the permit can be printed via the e-portal or through the link sent in the email.
