Issuance of Building Permit

1- The beneficiary contracts with an accredited engineering office via the e-portal and enters the deed number.

2- The engineering office approves the contract and submits a building permit request, selecting the land via the base map in the Riyadh Municipality, entering property/survey data, building components, setbacks, uploading attachments, agreeing to terms, and issuing a service fee invoice.

3- The beneficiary pays the fees.

4- The engineering office issues the building permit immediately.

5- The license file is emailed, and the permit can be printed via the e-portal or through the link sent in the email.

6- The building permit is reviewed in the Permits Department of the competent authority at the Riyadh Municipality.
