Service Steps and Procedures
1. The beneficiary contracts with an accredited engineering office via the e-portal and enters the deed number. 2. The engineering office approves the contract and submits a building permit request, selecting the land via the base map in the Riyadh Municipality, entering property/survey data, building components, setbacks, uploading attachments, agreeing to terms, and issuing a service fee invoice. 3. The beneficiary pays the fees. 4. The engineering office issues the building permit immediately. 5. The license file is emailed, and the permit can be printed via the e-portal or through the link sent in the email. 6. The building permit is reviewed in the Permits Department of the competent authority at the Riyadh Municipality.
