1. Go to the Riyadh Municipality e-Services Portal.
2. Select Commercial Activity Licenses from the list of services.
3. Choose Inquiry about a Commercial Activity License.
4. When the service card appears, click on Start Service.
5. On the inquiry screen, enter either the National ID number or the computer number of the license.
6. Click on Search.
7. The license details will appear, including the shop name, computer number, and other relevant information.
