Together We Make a Difference: A Map of Community e-Participation Initiatives by Riyadh Municipality
As part of Riyadh Municipality’s commitment to enhancing community e-Participation and improving service quality, the e-Consultation service has been launched through the Tafaul platform. This service provides an effective communication channel between the Municipality and citizens and residents, contributing to informed decision-making and the development of initiatives and urban projects.
Objectives of the e-Consultations:
Promote the principle of transparency and involve the community in shaping future directions.
Gather insights and suggestions from beneficiaries regarding services and projects.
Facilitate citizens’ voices and empower them to influence decisions related to the city.
Ensure direct interaction between the Municipality and the community through flexible and fast tools.
Support innovation and adopt community-driven solutions to enhance the city’s environment and services.
The Tafaul platform reflects Riyadh Municipality’s commitment to activating the citizen’s role as a key partner in urban development. It also reinforces the concept of a smart city that responds to the needs of its residents with flexibility and transparency.
