Riyadh Municipality has forwarded awareness and guidance messages to owners of establishments inside the capital, within the framework of its national initiative (EJADH) aiming at promoting control level of municipal services and contributing to improve the quality of life in Riyadh city, through partnership between Riyadh Municipality and ELM company, which is owned by public investment fund.
Riyadh Municipality indicated in its messages to the desired objectives of initiative implementation, and stressed on importance of commitment of establishment’s owner to show municipality’s license and installing it in a visible place inside its establishment, and necessity of updating the establishment data through Riyadh Municipality E-Services portal on internet.
Riyadh Municipality pointed out that initiative will have a positive impact on facilities and quality of its services provided to its customers, and EJADH team will help the owner of facility to raise the obligation of its establishment with municipal requirements, indicating that owner has the right to verify identity of EJADH inspectors, when they visit the facility , where all of them have an official identity (ID) and are committed by uniform in course of their work.
Riyadh Municipality confirmed that owner of facility can view the photographic documentation of violations recorded upon him, through a text message delivered to the mobile number listed in the license, as well as he can object to and inquire about it through Riyadh Municipality portal (www.alriyadh.gov.sa) ,or dialing the free number: 920033954, or through direct visit, appreciating initiative of facilities owners to update their data and cooperate with (EJADH) team, to improve services for promoting the community of Riyadh city.
It is mentioned that EJADH is an initiative that comes within framework of Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs’ initiatives for municipal transformation ,aiming to implement the best professional standards in the field of municipal control, while It is considered a pilot national project ,aiming at increasing the commitment of food , public health and commercial facilities to commit by regulatory conditions and requirements.
