Riyadh Municipality has received the award from (.GOV) magazine for the category of “Innovation in Government Services”, which is an award organized by (.GOV) magazine from (ITP) Technology in order to highlight the pioneering scientific progress of governments across the region in the field of smart government and the use of Information technology to develop work and improve the standard of living, in addition to the best government service initiatives.
National Center Accreditation for Digital Certification
Riyadh Municipality has obtained the certification of the National Center for Digital Certification at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, therefore the Riyadh Municipality has become the first entity in the municipal sector to provide government certification services, while it ranked the 21 government entity in the Kingdom to obtain this certification.

The General Administration of Information Technology and E-Services in Riyadh Municipality has won the (Municipal Excellence) award organized by the Municipal Council in Riyadh with the aim of consolidating positive competitiveness and spreading awareness of outstanding performance concepts, creativity, and quality, and enhancing the level of excellence for the beneficiaries of the culture. Riyadh Municipality has obtained 4 awards: the Excellent General Administration, the Excellent Service Award, the Excellent Leadership (Excellent G.M.) The award, and the Excellent Coordinator Award.
