He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, London, in addition to advanced executive programs in leadership, governance, and strategy from prestigious global universities.
He has over 28 years of experience in strategic leadership, shared services, institutional transformation, and financial development across both the public and private sectors. He is distinguished by a proven track record in establishing and developing organizations, enhancing business models, and driving sustainable growth, with a strong focus on effective governance, risk management, and strengthening financial sustainability.
He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of Riyadh Region for Institutional Services, leading institutional transformation processes, restructuring of shared services, and enhancing operational and financial efficiency. His responsibilities also include overseeing finance, procurement, human resources, governance, risk and compliance, cybersecurity, and legal affairs.
He has played a key role in leading and executing major infrastructure projects, including the King Abdullah Financial District and the Digital City, where he contributed significantly to strategic planning and implementation according to the highest standards.
Additionally, he holds memberships in several executive boards and committees, where he contributes his expertise in policy guidance, enhancing institutional governance, and developing strategic partnerships.
