Curriculum Vitae of His Excellency Engineer Ahmed bin Mutair Al-Balawi

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has served on several boards of directors and specialized professional committees.

Since April 2023, he has been the Deputy Secretary of Riyadh Region for Operations and Maintenance, bringing over 29 years of experience in managing national development projects and programs. His experience includes serving as an advisor to the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and leading strategic projects within the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, such as Jubail 2 and Ras Al-Khair.
