Curriculum Vitae of His Excellency Engineer Hussain bin Saud Al-Sudairy

He held several positions prior to joining the Municipality, including serving as Deputy Minister for Technical Affairs and later as Deputy Minister for Urban Planning at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing — currently known as the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the fields of urban planning, urban project management, infrastructure development, and logistics services. He has also held numerous leadership and advisory roles, including serving as an Advisor to the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs.

He has participated as a member in many key committees and boards of directors, such as the Boards of Development Authorities in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Eastern Province, Asir, and Hail, in addition to the Transport and Logistics Services Committee. He has also contributed to major Vision 2030 programs, including the Housing Program and the Quality of Life Program. He is widely recognized for his active contributions toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and enhancing the outcomes of planning at all levels.
