Dear Residents of Riyadh,

Greetings,

As part of Riyadh Municipality’s commitment to enhancing urban quality of life and improving the level of services provided within residential neighbourhoods, we are pleased to invite you to participate in a research study aimed at assessing the level of satisfaction among city residents with existing neighbourhoods. The study evaluates aspects such as service quality, availability of facilities, the urban landscape, transportation, and municipal digital services. Participation in this study involves completing a questionnaire that covers five main sections:

  • Personal Information

  • Residents’ Satisfaction with the Characteristics and Components of the Neighbourhood

  • Residents’ Satisfaction with the Urban Scene

  • Residents’ Satisfaction with Transportation and Mobility within the Neighbourhoo

  •   Residents’ Satisfaction with Municipal Digital Services

 

All questions are in multiple-choice format. The estimated time to complete the questionnaire is between 5 to 8 minutes.

 

    Please be assured that your participation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. No personal identifying information will be collected, and all data will be used solely for research purposes.

 

  The target audience for this study includes residents of Riyadh aged 18 years and above.   The Municipality greatly values your cooperation and appreciates your willingness to dedicate a portion of your valuable time to contribute to this developmental effort.
