During the first half of the current year 2018, the guest service center received more than 50,000 guests during the first half of this year, who have completed various municipal services. The center is one of the most important initiatives of Riyadh Municipality to facilitate the provision of services to beneficiaries in line with municipal transformation program emanating from the Kingdom’s Vision (2030).
The semi-annual report of the guest service center at Riyadh Municipality indicated that the service delivery rate in center did not exceed 4 minutes, while waiting time rate of guests did not exceed 6 minutes, while officials in Riyadh Municipality have met more than 8,000 Guest in the same period.
The building permits service is one of the most requested services by guests by 33% of the center's total services, while 21% of guests benefited from meeting with official, and 6% of them obtained professional licenses through the center.
6,232 guests have evaluated the performance of service implementers at guest service center in Riyadh Municipality, where percentage of those who believe that the performance is excellent is 97.2%, while 1.6% of them considered that the performance of employees is good and 1.2% are unsatisfied with the Center's performance.
It is mentioned that Riyadh Municipality has launched two customer service centers, the first in Nakheel Mall and the second in the headquarters of Riyadh Municipality, in order to serve beneficiaries, raise the level of quality and provide the best municipal services through multiple channels.
