2025-04-17His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayaf, Secretary of Riyadh Municipality and Board Member of the Sports Track Foundation, visited the "Sports Track" project today, Tuesday. This project is one of the major initiatives in Riyadh launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz—may God protect him—among a series of large-scale projects currently being implemented in Riyadh.
His Highness was welcomed by Ms. Jean McGivern, CEO of the Sports Track Foundation, along with several foundation officials. During the visit, His Highness toured several iconic facilities of the project, which include professional and amateur cycling tracks, cyclist rest stations, green spaces, water features, recreational areas, and children's playgrounds.
He also reviewed "The Room" area and the Arts Tower, which is decorated with colorful geometric panels pierced by sunlight to create a beautiful artistic reflection and a prominent landmark for project visitors.
The project aims to enhance Riyadh’s global ranking to become one of the best cities to live in worldwide, contributing to one of the key goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting the physical, mental, and social health of residents and building a community enjoying a dignified life, a healthy lifestyle, and an attractive positive environment for Riyadh’s residents and visitors.
