Renewal and Modification of Building Permit

1. The beneficiary contracts with an accredited engineering office via the e-portal.
2. The engineering office approves the contract, submits a building license renewal/modification request, uploads attachments, and issues an invoice if fee differences exist.
3. The beneficiary pays any applicable fees.
4. The system updates the license automatically upon payment or directly if no fees apply.
