1. The beneficiary submits the application through the platform, designates an accredited engineering design office, and inputs the required information.
2. The engineering/consultancy office confirms the assigned order and delegation, and then submits the plan approval request according to the approval stage. The request includes selecting the land through the base map, inputting ownership and cadastral survey data, attaching the requirements for Master Plan approval, adding enclosures, agreeing to the terms, generating the fees, and printing the invoice.
3. The beneficiary pays the fees.
4. The DMP Approval plan decision is issued after the technical application is approved and the associated fees are paid.
5. The letter and approval DMP plan for the preliminary decision are sent via the platform and can be printed.
6. Commencement of execution works and submission of a site visit request upon reaching the required completion rates.
7. Submission of the final site handover request via the platform. Upon completion of the handover works, the final approval request is raised, including the submission of all requirements for final plan approval.
8. The final approval decision is issued and the judicial authorities are addressed for the issuance of property title deeds. The final plan is also reflected on the Spatial Maps (or Geospatial Portal).
