This procedure aims to enable the beneficiary to issue a mobile tower license automatically and comprehensively through the electronic portal, with follow-up on the request status without the need to contact municipality staff. This procedure contributes to speeding up mobile tower license renewals and reducing manual intervention in the renewal process.

1. Letter requesting the rental of a site including (tower number? Owner's name "municipality/private..." - district? Street name? Coordinates? Type of tower).

Service Steps and Procedures
1. Log in to the e-portal using the commercial registration number.
2. Upload required attachments.
3. The request is reviewed by the Investment Agency.
4. The request is reviewed by the relevant department.
5. The Mobile Towers Unit Head reviews the request and issues the license fees and contract.
6. The beneficiary pays the invoices.
7. The license and contract are automatically issued after payment.
8. The beneficiary is notified of approval via email or rejection.
9. The relevant authority may propose an alternative location if the submitted site is unsuitable.
10. Select the "Mobile Tower Permit/License Request on Municipality-Owned Land" service.
11. Enter application data.
12. The applicant may accept or reject the alternative site.
