Schedule an Appointment with an Official

1. Attend the appointment booked via the Riyadh Municipality?s e-portal.
2. Arrive on the scheduled date and 30 minutes before the appointed time (entry is denied on unscheduled dates/times).
3. Visit the Guest Service Center at the Riyadh Municipality.
4. Present a digital copy of the appointment for verification before entry.
