This service allows the beneficiary to submit a request for the removal of wrecked or abandoned vehicles via the electronic portal, without the need to visit the municipality staff.
1. The beneficiary logs into the e-services portal. 2. The user selects the "Remove Damaged/Abandoned Vehicle Structures" service from the list. 3. Under the General Cleanliness Directorate. 4. Enter the request data. 5. Submit the request.
