3. The Land Deputy reviews and elevates the request to the Mayor for approval, then forwards it to the Grants Department.
4. The Grants Committee initiates replacement procedures once ready plots matching the royal decree?s terms are available.
5. The Grants Department creates an allocation process and sends it automatically to the Ministry via verification service.
6. The Ministry?s automated feedback is received; adjustments are made if needed.
7. The Grants Department prepares the allocation decision.
8. The Mayor approves the decision.
9. An automatic SADAD invoice is issued if the granted land exceeds the royal decree?s area.
10. If excess area exists, the invoice is paid via SADAD.
11. Data/documents are sent electronically to the Notary Public via data exchange.
12. The Notary Public issues the deed and sends it electronically to the Riyadh Municipality.
