Service Steps and Procedures
1. The beneficiary submits a request to amend a mobile food truck license through the unified request portal. The user's identity is verified using the electronic linkage service with the National Information Center or electronically through the commercial registry via the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
2. The head of the licensing department reviews and approves the request, then forwards it to the Director General of Environmental Health.
3. The Director General of Environmental Health reviews and approves the request, and the beneficiary is notified of the amendment to the mobile food truck license.
4. The beneficiary prints the amended license through the portal.
