Receiving and reviewing requests for removing speed bumps, assigning the relevant authority to study the reasons, conduct a site visit, perform engineering studies, and then direct the road maintenance contractor to execute the work.

Service Steps and Procedures
1. The beneficiary submits a request to remove a speed bump via the Riyadh Municipality?s e-portal, enters their data (verified via Yaqeen service), and uploads documents.
2. The Safety Department Head receives the request, reviews data/attachments, and forwards it to the surveyor for study.
3. The beneficiary completes the required attachments and resubmits the request via the portal.
4. The surveyor studies the request, prepares a report, and forwards it to the Safety Department Head.
5. The Safety Department Head forwards the request to the Municipal Roads Department Head for review.
6. The Municipal Roads Department Head reviews the request and forwards it to the inspector.
7. The inspector calculates the estimated cost and forwards the request to the contractor.
8. The contractor determines the actual cost and forwards the request to the Municipal Roads Department Head.
9. The Municipal Roads Department Head approves the request.
10. The beneficiary receives an SMS confirming completion.
