1. Register on the Riyadh Municipality?s e-services portal.
2. Access e-services.
3. Select "My Services" from the menu.
4. Select the "Central Building Monitoring System" from the services list.
5. Select "Track Requests."
6. Select "Office Licenses."
7. Search for the license by its number and year.
8. A list of the license?s requests will appear. After selecting the request, click "Details" to view its status and history.
9. If the request is in "completion" status, an actions list appears next to it.
10. Select "Complete Attachments" from the actions menu.
11. Upload required attachments.
12. Click "Complete."
