This initiative contributes to reinforcing the local urban identity, rooted in values of authenticity and principles of sustainability.

The official “Sports Boulevard” Twitter account explained that the process of applying the #Sports_Boulevard_Code is simple and streamlined. It begins with the engineering office and concludes with the issuance of the final building permit.

The steps include reviewing Riyadh Municipality’s spatial portal to verify if the land falls within the code’s designated area, appointing an engineering office, ensuring that the plans and designs comply with the urban code through the Sports Boulevard Foundation, and finally issuing the building permit.
