The Riyadh Municipality carried out 11,000 inspection rounds during the first half of this year 2022, as part of its efforts in monitoring work to ensure the quality of buildings in the city before occupancy.
The tours resulted in monitoring 1,678 violations, and the tours submitted 16,000 reports and 486 occupancy certificates, and completed 941 construction termination reports.
