The Riyadh Municipality announced today the commencement of operations at its “Madinty” Offices, which have begun providing services to residents and visitors of the capital from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This marks the start of the official operational phase an important milestone in the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program.

The “Madinty” Offices are distributed across the city’s five operational districts Central, Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western—covering all neighborhoods of Riyadh. These offices serve as direct communication channels between the Municipality and residents, offering customer service, handling requests, and organizing community engagement activities. The initiative aims to enhance interaction between citizens and the Municipality and bring services closer to residential areas through a modern, decentralized operational model.

This operational launch represents the first implementation phase of the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program, designed to improve city management efficiency and service quality. The program restructures the municipal system into three organizational levels: a strategic and supervisory level represented by central municipal agencies, an operational level represented by the five empowered districts, and a representative level embodied by the “Madinty” Offices, which act as the primary interface with beneficiaries.
