Between July and October 2025, the Riyadh Municipality carried out road marking works totaling approximately two million linear meters as part of its programs to improve road quality and enhance traffic safety in the capital.
The works were distributed over four months, with 703,933 meters completed in July, 390,938 meters in August, 384,138 meters in September, and 453,072 meters in October, bringing the total to 1,932,081 linear meters.
The efforts were concentrated in major neighborhoods and key locations to improve lane visibility and the overall driving experience, thereby contributing to increased traffic safety and supporting the efficiency of infrastructure.
These initiatives reflect Riyadh Municipality’s commitment to developing the city’s road network and improving its operational quality elements, in line with its vision of leading a prosperous and sustainable Riyadh that enhances quality of life and aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
