The initiative aims to provide an organized space for entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses, and productive families to showcase their products to the public, while fostering community engagement in a well-prepared urban environment that will welcome visitors for 12 consecutive weeks.
The event is one of the Municipality’s ongoing initiatives launched eight years ago, serving as an extension of its continued efforts to support local businesses, strengthen their presence within neighborhoods, and offer marketing platforms that empower productive families and entrepreneurs.
This year, the event will be held across several locations: Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahlia Street), Al-Moltaqa Park in Al-Narjis, and Al-Shuhada and Al-Dawh Parks, with designated days for each site. Tahlia Street will welcome visitors every Saturday starting 29 November, while Al-Moltaqa Park in Al-Narjis will host its activities every Friday starting 5 December. Al-Shuhada and Al-Dawh Parks will welcome visitors on Friday and Saturday, 28–29 November.
The event features a range of activities suitable for all age groups, including a children’s zone, roaming performances, food stalls, and fully equipped booths allowing vendors to present their products in an organized and seamless manner. Musical performances will also be included, adding an entertaining dimension that enhances the visitor experience.
“Riyadh Basta” forms part of Riyadh Municipality’s broader vision to promote urban development and improve quality of life aligned with its mission, strategic objectives, and the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
