His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of the Riyadh Region, visited the Projects Agency building located in the Al-Malaz district. During the visit, His Highness reviewed the building, which includes a number of facilities and departments, as well as organizational setups and workspaces designed to support project teams. These features contribute to enhancing coordination efficiency and accelerating achievement in line with institutional performance objectives, as part of the ongoing initiative to develop the work environment within the Municipality.
The project falls under the initiative launched by His Highness to develop the internal and external work environment at the Municipality, improve accessibility, and meet functional requirements. It also contributes to improving output quality, facilitating the customer experience, and achieving integration among relevant departments.
The Projects Building covers an area of 10,300 square meters and consists of six floors, with a capacity exceeding 500 employees.
